Bobier can manage your entire system to assure that Gaging is available 100% of the time. We make sure that all Maintenance, Repair and Calibrations are done on a timely basis, including maintaining an inventory of backup and replacement equipment for you.
We are pleased to offer two levels of service:
System Development
• Paragraph 4.11 Written or Revised to assure compliance.
• Provide Documented Process Flow.
• Develop Work Instructions & Process Forms.
• Create new, or review existing, Gage Tracking System, software or hardcopy.
• Provide Change Forms for Above
Record Keeping
• Store All Original Certifications & Gage Prints (On or Off Site).
• Provide Recertification Schedules For All Gages.
• Store MSA and R&R Records.
On Site Follow Up and Training
• Contact minimum of once every 6 weeks after initial installation.
• Attend Management Review Meetings for input and guidance.
• Train your personnel to handle registration audits.
